I saw an ad for an AI assistant where a woman tells it to reschedule an appointment, but we don't actually see the appointment being successfully rescheduled because that would probably be false advertising.

I can’t even get AI to help schedule a meeting for colleagues across different organizations even if we all use an ai scheduling service on top of google or Microsoft calendars. What problems is AI actually solving right now??
