Please understand that regular soldiers can't go around posting stuff on Bluesky especially if they are on active duty. They absolutely cannot fundraise on their own. ABSOLUTLY NOT. All fundraising would need to be approved and endorsed by the company commander, otherwise is fraud. On his part.

The company commander would be charged with fraud, and that's no joke because that's how the military works. I have done plenty of fundraising I and I know the mechanics. I even have a little commendation for it.

Agreed. It's probably best to rely on the unified charities to contribute - most smaller formations will relay their requirements to these charities to aggregate into a more effective fundraiser volume wise.

Yes, I just gave a few examples, but there are many good volunteers out there. Coast of Life, OneTeamOneFight, Project Konstantin, Cars4Ukraine, Vanguard and Zeilen for ambulances, Traveling colonels for medical. Plenty to choose from, all people have to do is ask.
