You did when you complained about "NATO expansion"

Requirements for joining NATO include numerous anti-corruption mechanisms within the applicant's government.

This is why Russia was not simply admitted into NATO and refused to apply just like everyone else.

It is also why Ukraine was nowhere near joining NATO in 2014, and well over a decade away from joining in January of 2022.

Putin invaded Ukraine in 2014 over Ukraine seeking membership in the EU, not NATO, Kiddo.

They called the protests "EuroMaidan", after all.

It was never about NATO.

Since WWII, the USA has been pressuring countries to choose a side, like they are doing now. I understand the people in those countries made that choice freely. But they assumed America would protect them forever, and ultimately that the American/IMF/NATO system was good for them. They were lied to.
