If you have another device like a laptop with one you could copy the contents to a flash drive or just download them from the mobo manufacturer

Try windows updates, if that doesn't work you can search your motherboard model and find all the drivers there.

I’d suggest checking for driver updates. And don’t rely just on Windows Update, while it’s easy and widely compatible, it’s not always the latest.
Also, it’s worth checking what ip is assigned to the network adapters. You can do that in a command prompt, I’d use “ipconfig /all” to see everything.

With the command’s output, take note if there’s a 169.254.x.x as that means the network adapter had trouble contacting a dhcp “server” (your home router). Or Windows didn’t like the multiple network connections, for some unknown reason.
