No less than seven pages of the Renters' Rights Bill are in Welsh. How are they going to be properly considered in the monolingual Westminster Parliament?

But you are talking about U.K. legislation here? There are 32 Welsh constituencies in the UK Parliament - surely a proportion of these have a Welsh speaking MP to scrutinise proposed legislation? (And if not, then questions surely arise as to the value of multi-language legislation in Westminster)
My point also raises a separate question. You say the Senedd legislates in two languages. But in the UK Parliament, the Government typically drafts legislation (via parliamentary counsel) while Parliament passes the actual legislation. These are, essentially, two separate processes.
