My Facebook memories tells me 7 years ago was the Texas Democratic primary. The polling places were packed, there were a lot of runoffs because so many people ran, and the Blue Wave that resulted was real. Beto came SO CLOSE to beating Cruz.

I feel so far from that feeling.
