I also made this today! I will roast a small whole turkey tomorrow, but most of my family prefers dark meat, so I slow braise turkey legs in stock with lots of herbs. This is sooo good, the meat is super juicy and just falls off the bone! Carrots braise for the last half hour or so. π€€π€€π€€
