My insomnia has been brutal for the past two weeksβ¦ Iβm only sleeping 3 - 5 hours a night, so I just havenβt had the mental fortitude for social media! Iβll try to get back into things as often as I can! πππ

Have you tried using mindfulness? The basics of it are lying there and accepting it rather than getting annoyed that you're not falling asleep, which calms you down more (obviously I don't know how it manifests for you, but just in case it's like this).
I have mental health issues, I feel things more deeply than I should, I also have doubts that Iβm not good enough to care for my wife who has early onset dementia, and other health issues. . Keep active and push yourself, do what you love to do ππ»πDo not hide yourself away, itβs not good for you β€οΈππ
My big struggle has been from feeling helpless. Everything I do to make me feel more in control of my life helps. Like packing to move to a blue state, or to Mexico or Canada.
I've been there, but in my case it was the early and night shifts.
But the cold and dark weather is adding to it.
