You can use a chrome extension called "Sky Follower Bridge", it will sort through everyone you follow on twitter, than you can choose who you want to follow or just follow everybody (don't recommend bc there are a lot of fakes who use the same handle)
Look for people's "Starter Packs", these are groups of people they follow and recommend. They're a great way to find people you've been following on other platforms.
