Today’s negative thought:

I think us devs can (mostly) agree RTO policies suck, but we don’t (and possibly won’t) talk enough about how they disproportionately affect women, who are often in charge of homes and care-giving.

I’ve yet to see a single company acknowledge this in their announcement.
