There are literally dozens of people in this thread saying "I'd buy this if it was a book."
My dad has spent the last few years receiving dozens of rejection letters & essentially being told he's too old to write & publish books.
So... who is correct?
I feel kind of determined to make it happen.

A little while ago, my parents' cat Bridget went missing. As the weeks dragged on, they became extremely worried. My dad devised a way to distract himself: he began to paint Bridget's adventures, imagining her travelling through time and popping up in some of art and music's most iconic scenes.

It’s hard work as you set it all up yourself but kinda fun
This would be an amazing book in either coffee-table or "children's"-story form. And I (art historian/cat lover) would be picking up multiple copies.
I think your parents are both fantastic artists.
