@fermentthis.bsky.social I am new to fermenting and would like basic info, or where to look for it, regarding the fermentation of garden vegetables. I'm not interested in Kimchi, Kefir, etc and most books provide info on a lot of stuff I don't want. I just want to ferment veggies that I grow. :)

Carrots, beans, tomatoes, beets, cabbage... I can't think of what else. I can't eat potatoes or sweet potatoes, so not sure what else I would want to grow. Maybe just start with those and go from there once I get the hang of it.
