Yes, we'd like to reserve one last chance to tweak the API after the Ecosystem adopts it and common patterns emerge. We aren't going to break the Environment API in 6.x minors though. If we change it, we'll do it in Vite 7, and stabilize it there.

Was so excited to finally use "vite-ignore" on my global scripts, but my project fails to build after upgrading to v6 😭😭😭

"createFileSystem" is not exported by "node_modules/..."
