Most hypno kinksters I know have primarily used Skype throughout the years. And when asked why Skype, I'd always respond that its call quality remained ever-superior, which is obvious importance for hypnosis.
Sadly, Microsoft has just announced that it'll be discontinued in May. So long, Skype.
