First of all, thanks a lot for giving the demo try, I’m happy you enjoyed it! You raise sone valid point, especially having a visual path laid out for newcomers. I think the very first room with DeVillo is the main culprit.

I can understand that, it felt like it stumbled upon the correct path sometimes, it made me wonder if I was lucky, or if there isn't other valid directions yet haha
Yeah, the feeling of “stumbling” on the correct path is by design, I wanted to give more freedom to the player in solving the tiny maze each room is. But more visual guides could help a lot, like some hint in terrain and stuff like that.
That makes sense, and if thats the case my note is largely unnecessary. The appearance of an actual path did clue in that those sections are likely the main path.
