The bottom did get stuck to the pan (not sure why, first time I’ve had that problem making this bread) but that did mean I got to eat some so no big loss

In the above I added rosemary, thyme, and oregano in the stage where you mix the flour with water, which I haven’t done before.
I usually do thyme, oregano, and sundried tomato’s (and swap out where it talks about olive oil with the sun dried tomato)
