Amazed at the number of replies to this inside half an hour. The imprint clubs make on people during childhood really is a magical thing.
For me, I had no choice, Grandad, Dad, me and now my son. He has no choice in the matter, it’s inevitable. 🫡

In the spirit of everyone being extremely welcoming and willing to chat on here and it being the middle of an international break, could I ask those following me to tell me how they got into supporting the clubs they do? Was it a parent? A relative? School friends? Something else?

Supported Cov from the day I was born, Dad & Grandad both Cov fans so ran in the family.
Lost track of how many times I’ve been asked “why Cov” as I live in Birmingham.
Absolute rollercoaster but wouldn’t change it for the world. #PUSB
Randomly I think I came very close to being a Leeds fan! 😅
My son is growing up a similar distance away, and also supports Arsenal.
Going to a match is a day-long affair but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Love your posts btw . Thanks.
You and Flav should cover the topic sometime on the podcast.
Sorry son. 😆👍💛💚
