No one thought Biden would be impeached, but Republicans incessantly filing for impeachment got people used to the idea. The Dems can do the same thing and use it as a way to highlight Trumps many high crimes and misdemeanors.

They need to do that anyway, whether it works or not. They need to tie up as many people’s time as possible who are helping him to do all of this destruction. We as citizens need to figure out more ways to be annoying to everyone involved in this regime.
