No that would be evil, I see a future with primary care managed via Community Health Centers and advanced treatment managed by places like Mayo, the Cleveland Clinic , and University Health systems.
The Community Health Centers could be managed at the state level and advanced treatment centers could expand the national not for profit model of Cleveland, Mayo and Uni.
It doesn't seem like the democrats are opposed to evil things if they are profitable. I mean it was pretty evil to blow those twenty thousand brown kids to smithereens, but they fought harder to do that than they fought for anything else in their administration.
