US GDP for 1Q will come out tomorrow morning. The consensus expectation is +0.4%, not recession territory but a noticeable drop from +2.4% in 4Q2024.

The Atlanta Fed's GDP now projection, on the other hand, is projecting -1.5%, even after making a special adjustment for atypical gold flows.
