It is a dark nickel finish. Only place I can find it is AliExpress, which adds up fast (shipping compounds on all the listings I've found unfortunately).
Hard to source? No. Hard to source in quantity, in a wide range of sizes, at a reasonable price, and not paying tons in shipping? Yes. (Yea that's a lot of stipulations, but yea.)
