Looks nice! Perhaps a note regarding the nostrils. If you look at the blowholes of extant rorquals (which aren't covered by a melon or blubber) you can see that they are rather bulbous, just like the noses of many other mammals that have a lot of cartilage and also some muscle in front of the nasal.
... opening of the skull. Perhaps it's simple not that well visible in your illustration and I misinterpreted what I see, but it appears to follow mainly the skull shape around the nasal opening.
