Funny, the only dream I remember as being in colour was a cartoon one for some reason.
Lots of dancing whotsits and whatevers!
Probably a result of some medicine I was taking at the time.
I'm old enough to remember the experiments we had on the BBC asking us if we can see any colours.🎨❤️
The following program is brought to you in living color on NBC - yes, I'm old enough to remember when that was a thing said before certain programs were broadcast
I've never had a nightmare announce itself before. I hope it doesn't now that I've seen this. Actually, these days I prefer sleeping rather than being awake because I have horrible realitymares. Is that a new word? I think we'll be needing it. Or, wakemares. Not hallucinations.
I wouldn't give Maga any ideas. This could end up being part of propaganda for scaring people while being smug about it. It's from Dumbo from (I think) 1940.
I think it was made to incite people to not drink alcohol or do drugs, saying it might give them creepy hallucinations (almost same way with Pinocchio and cigars).
Or maybe it was just a weird way to show animation technique 🤷
Back when people used to dream in black and white. There was a french children book, "Chauchemere Pirate", /whose entire premise relied on that, and my millennial little brain in the 1990s was confused as heck.

I hope at the end, Sluggo plays the national anthem.
