That’s sad, I only just got back into NXT with Halloween Havoc and watched some highlights from previous episodes to get an understanding of the factions like Chase U really enjoyed their work from what I seen. It’ll be interesting to see where they go from here
The easiest way to put it is Andre Chase is a mentor/teacher that finds talent and tries to maximize potential. Eventually he made a "college" called Chase U. The whole gimmick is based on like 70's and 80's college culture.
It is easy to confuse it with a cheerleading gimmick if you don't watch.
