Such evaluations can be carried out by any person with common sense - and it applies to both genders. Mankind has been doing this for thousands of years. We have the capability for that.

The choice is theirs.
Same words can make you conciliatory or confrontational.
Decisions are your to make (free will).
And if it being written in a book was going to change that, it would already be changed.
It is the spirit of men's hearts that decides.
Take the example of Protestantism -- it all started with the words of one man - Martin Luther.
So, if people are doing wrong - for example, the Muslims - its mainly because most of them don't even know what The Quran says.
