8. Someone came up with a fantastic idea to go to open secrets and find out who the biggest donors are to your D, if they aren’t doing enough, we need the donors to be putting pressure on our electives so let’s go directly to them. If we can get them on our side, we will get elected on our side.

The more of us collectively are saying the same message the louder we are the more they can’t ignore us the more likely they’ll start ignoring the pollsters.

The sad fact is that most people don't understand the concept of "constitutional crisis". But losing their healthcare, Social Security, special ed, public schools - even their jobs and their homes - THAT they understand.

The problem is, to reach more regular people (non-politicians), to get them to understand there's a serious problem, we need to talk about Medicaid, Medicare,& Social Security cuts, National Parks being logged & shut down, etc. The average person isn't going to relate to a "constitutional crisis."

Are you sure about that? Seems to me I know A LOT of "dedicated voters" VERY energized at the thought of losing Medicare AND Social Security. These dedicated voters know how to protest (they did it the 60s and 70s) and never miss a vote.

The largest voting block is seniors.They are totally motivated & pissed watching their savings disappear in the stock market, they fear losing Social Security & Medicare benefits they earned & paid for their entire lives & the impacts medicaid cuts will have on nursing homes!
