Thank you for remembering them! What a surreal tragedy that exposed the fragility of our bridge infrastructures at a horrific cost. Much like the levees that failed in New Orleans in 2005. The USACE tells Congress every year what needs to be fixed. For 25yrs they've done nothing about it.
