Idk if all landlords or property management companies accept it, but I learned that there is an insurance called LEAP and it allowed me to bypass the security deposit. So, instead of paying a $4100 deposit, it adds $60 onto our rent. It made our move-in much cheaper; hopefully this helps someone ❤️
