Will we? Is that even the right thing to do? They've been working w laid off employees, and it's great, but if we aren't part of that, well, maybe we should put pressure on LOCAL gov't not to comply. Groups have power. Show up. Speak out. Go to official meetings regularly. Be heard wherever you can

If local governments don't comply they will
Face scrutiny and funding cutoffs and probably be targeted for billionaires to fund candidates to replace them

This is moving too fast to wait for it to reach local non-compliance levels

Each state is different w different resources. Judge accordingly. But as in Hunting Beach, one can refuse to put up MAGA materials in school or the Ten Commandments. One can build community policing if at ALL possible to stop abuses, shine light. Fight for what you can.
