Nothing in particular as he is free to act on his interpretation of the Constitution until the courts rule otherwise. But his allies support ignoring the courts in defiance of Article III, Section 1 which makes SCOTUS the final arbiter of what is and is not constitutional.

It's not the Courts' job to save us - only to rule on constitutionality. Then it is up to Congress to impeach and remove. If they fail, it is up to military officers to honor their oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic. God save us.
