Nov 27th 1967 - Capitol Records releases The Beatles' "Magical Mystery Tour" LP in the US. It would rise to number one on the Billboard chart where it would stay for eight weeks and be nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Album in 1968. (It lost to Glen Campbell's "By The Time I Get To Phoenix")
