Please. I am listening to you. As of Jan 20 2025 there will be NO Constitution, he's said as much. Not much we can do know until mid-terms, as far as voting. Anything else we can do we should do.

The 14th amendment section 3 disqualifies Trump on self executing terms and this includes the current MAGA Republicans in Congress who also violated their oath with the big lie especially Mike Johnson and members of the United States Supreme Court. All these people need to be thrown out

Well the problem is all the Maga Republicans who are members of Congress are complicit with the insurrection so under section 5 they would shown a conflict of interest being participants in Trumps crime. So no they would not be able to vote without a clean Congress

You can't have it both ways, Mysterio. If the Constitution allows wide, broad pardon powers of the President then you must respect that. If on the other hand you want him removed under the 14A, Sec 3 you can't then ignore Article II, Section 2, Clause i.
