In today’s episode of Doing It Yourself with Steeble, I need to try and get behind/underneath this cupboard (and the bath next to it) and see what damage has been done by ignoring the knackered sealant for so long 🙈 and then try to fix/clean it and re-do the sealant. Living the dream - ThreadSky

I’d pull it all out and rebuild it or get a new vanity from a store. The tiles are looking a bit knackered too.

That way you can just dig in. The plumbing would suck though. At least for me.

That’s way over my skill set tbh, it definitely needs burning to the ground and re-doing though, just need to find the $ and time to get someone in to do it. Hoping I can put that off another few years if I can get enough access to clean and reseal without destroying it 😬

Couldn’t get the bottom panel off the cupboard but found a way under the bath which seemed ok and nothing too bad at the back of the sink, hopefully no lasting damage… so I’ve stripped the old sealant and given it all a good clean, now just need to learn how to use a sealant gun and re-seal it all 🧐
