The president wouldn’t get arrested he would be impeached. But Elon Musk is a citizen, and the federal judge can send a sheriff to go arrest him. A federal judge can send whoever he wants to go arrest Elon Musk.💯💙🫶🏼

The process is if Musk violates a court order then the court serves him a “show cause” order to answer why he violated that order. If the judge is not happy with his answer he then gets jail time and/or a fine.
