It'll all come out if/when they're prosecuted and that will fail if all the evidence is in the public domain before any trial.
How is that a disgrace? Don't you want them and others prosecuted successfully?

Hmm, I wonder who might be protected by this. I note that those self righteously defending making the ‘Peggie v Fife’ case public( with the massive abuse and disinformation that has resulted) are curiously silent on this so far, but it’s possible that it risks collapsing the trial I suppose?
