Um…er….. no they are not…..yet. Where did you get this? Cardiff are closing departments against much resistance but I haven’t heard of any closing?

My alma mater SDUC Lampeter has 'fallen'. They had a Welsh grad course when I was there in the 70's. One does fear that there will be more cuts.
