The only way to stop vouchers is to stop parents from enrolling their kids in this voucher scam. Most voucher schools are run by profiteers who can’t wait to grab your “free” tax dollars. Education? No. It’s all about the heist.

True . Many for profit schools don't have to follow the education rules of the state , they can have even lower standards. Anyone can open a for profit school. Don't forget the privatization of prisons. Lower standards. Cost is higher than government ran prisons . That's what they want in schools.
