I've loved cottage cheese for years and years but nowadays I struggle to find what I call the "real stuff", the type with proper lumps and not a smooth, almost paste-like texture. Could I ask why that one in particular?
I'm assuming probably because you ate some that was especially delicious, but secretly I'm hoping that you had some cottage cheese in your pocket that miraculously stopped a bullet or something 😅

The more natural, the healthier it is.
