I give it all almost all of my spellcasting baddies. I gave the option of making it a 3rd level spell, which wasn't liked, and I'm not a fan of banning it, so it's plentiful among enemies now.
I haven't, but that's because my table has the spell memorized and we can all execute and resolve it fast. Also spellcasting enemies aren't super common overall.
