This was great. Thank you very much. I would never have had my career as a tool & die maker, being a 5 foot tall, Jewish woman, but for the DEI effort of the UAW and GM, who were willing to take a chance on me in the early 70s.

It's not incredible it's conformation bias. We latch on to things that confirm what we already believe. Hence why it was so easy to trick so many people into thinking Trump is their new God.
