I thought you guys were saying Gram Cracker. I thought each one weighed one gram or something. We don't have them here and pronounce Graham very differently.

As a name, we say “Graham” the same way you do, but in this term it gets reduced to a long æ sound. A lot of people do the same thing with “mayonnaise”. Maaaaannaise.
