It's astounding how many people (agency staff, volunteers, etc.) I regularly encounter who don't think stable housing is a priority when seeking to solve homelessness.

Mental health services, employment, street feeding, encampment sweeps without services, and mandatory drug treatment.
One guy I know also advocates for forced labor. He is a pastor.
Sweeps are cruel, and that pastor should be shunned. Dumbass.
