I don’t think I’d call it it “ceremony” (in case you’re looking specifically for formal practices / presentations), but it’s great if you just want to learn the best ways to make tea
I don't do any ceremony, but I use a yixing for oolong. I'm not sure how correct it is, but the best thing imo which I think is like gongfu is to use a lot of leaves with a quick steep and then multiple steeps going up in time. Last steep I just drink it straight out of the pot
