Government buyouts don’t cut waste, they kill expertise: Every time we pay our best talent to leave through poorly planned buyouts, we’re not saving money. We’re paying premium prices to create expertise gaps that cost much more to fill.

As a former public servant, I can't help but agree. And the big loss is not only expertise--it's corporate memory. it's the unseen collagen that holds an organization together.
Any industrial psychologist could give you the $$ to train an employee. It's probably in the neighborhood of $10K. Is anyone keeping track of the money Leon has promised? The amount of money he is costing this country? I don't think we have another day to waste.
They dont plan on replacing them with experts. They plan on filling those positions with the army of loyalists they have been building to fill those public service jobs.
Exactly. They’ve been recruiting magat loyalists for over 18 months because they KNEW they were going to win & they are getting rid of experts. So if they pay the payoffs, they’ll also still be paying the wages of the new Magats workers so how’s this saving anything?
Knowledge Management is a real thing that saves businesses, including government agencies money; is a valuable resource. The evil GOP party doesn’t care.
And then people start to lose faith in the government because it doesn’t work, and so then they elect more leaders to cut more from the government so eventually there’s no government
