Like, you don't understand how bread baking is tiring and there's loads of them to make, if we all just remove those parts, where would it go? I can't just throw it away after baking, I have to sell the entire loaf.
back in the old job we had to make sure the loafs were measured properly and so we could sell them at an apropriate price, no more no less so if we just remove it, the price would be unfair to many and cutting the price down would also be a bad idea for us. It's a loss in both ends.
As not to waste food, this would, in turn, create an influx in "Oops! all ends" loafs, because if people like the ends so much, why not buy an damn entire loaf of it?
