Looking them over, I think fundamentally I don’t like the models, I wasn’t sure from just the evy metal teams photos but the more I see of them the more I think the problem is the physical balance of the models. If they looked more like other imperial robots (smooth surfaces, less filigree) maybe

I don't mind the standard paint job at all, but this looks nice too. I'm the worst person to ask though, because it seems like the only Space Marine models I like are the ones that have the loudest haters and the ones that have the most love are ones I find uninteresting.

I saw a video where they reposed the arms and it made a huge difference
