As you said, with below 'low confidence' of his theory, it was not a known fact. Wray shocked everyone when he unilaterally did that interview. And the entire last term we were unable to get any COVID investigations. It was always clear other factors were at work.
No doubt. With a lot of propaganda, they don't care because it's a numbers game. Enough will accept it, or just move on without questioning it. And that allows them to get away with everything else.
