One reason I dropped CenturyLink. That and their awful equipment.

Bell told me they're so great that even though I was being charged triple what I should be for no reason people stay. So I cancelled. Every company has flaws though.

I have Breezeline, Cox and AT&T as options in my neighborhood. I switch to who ever has the lowest price after my year or two is up because they all have equally awful customer service.
