Best investment I made after COVID lockdown was a set of plates from Decathlon along with bar and dumbbell bars (plus bench elsewhere), in a Habitat metal trunk. Cost me about one year's gym membership but until that easier to get to! Longest period I've been consistently in good shape.

I can’t find a tolerable gym in Ireland for the life of me. I run 5 times and week and ride to work. But my local gym is vile and the whole gym culture here is so unfriendly! It’s one of the things that makes me miss Australia- nice gyms where people smile back! And there are showers and toilets!
