I don't mind a sprinkling of serious, or moments of quiet. But where are all the chatty people at?

Right now I feel like I've stumbled into a very posh wine bar full of regulars and I'm the very obvious new customer.

For what it's worth I like wine and have never been to a wine bar in my life.
